PGH Council Tracker is being built to make legislation, meetings, councilmember activity, and source documents easier to scan and connect.
How it is built
The data pipeline captures Legistar PDFs, meeting records, attachments, and transcripts into BigQuery and dbt. This website will consume stable website-ready exports instead of raw pipeline tables.
