Passed FinallyResolution amending Resolution 813 of 2019 which authorized the Mayor and the Director of Finance to enter into an agreement with Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC to serve as Bond Counsel for the purpose of rendering any and all necessary opinions with respect to the Bonds and preparing such additional documents as may be necessary. Total costs shall not exceed One Hundred Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and Zero Cents ($112,500.00) over a three year period (2020, 2021, 2022).
