Passed FinallyResolution further amending and supplementing Resolution number 316 of 2018, previously amended by Resolution number 78 of 2020, originally entitled “Resolution providing for a Contract or Contracts, or the use of existing Contracts, an Agreement or Agreements, or the use of existing Agreements, providing for the preliminary design and final design, services during construction, and miscellaneous services for traffic signal installation of the South Side Signals Project; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed $390,213.38.”, which was amended by Resolution 78 of 2020 to authorize a new total project cost up to but not to exceed $536,000.00 to be further amended with this Resolution to account for an increase in federal funding where costs associated with the Southside Signals project have been converted from 80 percent federal and 20 percent local split to 100 percent federally reimbursable. The total project cost remains the same, not to exceed $536,000.00.
