AdoptedWHEREAS, the “First Freitag” sidewalk market and party will occur on East Ohio Street in the Deutschtown neighborhood of Pittsburgh’s Northside, from 3:30 P.M. to 8 P.M. every first Friday of this summer, on June 4, July 2, and August 6, 2021; and
