AdoptedWHEREAS, born in Chicago and a graduate of Southern Illinois University, Paul Martino made Pittsburgh his adoptive home when he began a stellar stint with KDKA. Beginning his broadcast career in the early 80’s in places like Davenport, Iowa, Quincy and Carbondale, Illinois, and Mobile, Alabama where he won the Press Club Award in 1981 and an Associate Press Award for the Best Documentary, Paul Martino joined KDKA in 1982; and,
