WHEREAS, William P. McCoullum was hired as a laborer in the City Garage Department on March 20, 1972; and, WHEREAS, Mr. McCoullum was promoted to Truck Driver in October 1979 and then transferred to Asphalt Division in January 1980; and, WHEREAS, Mr. McCoullum transferred to 2nd Division in 2004 and remained there until his retirement on September 13 2021; and, WHEREAS, Mr. McCoullum has accumulated 635 hours (79 ½ days of sick time) and accumulated the maximum allotted sick time of 112 days during his tenure; and,
