NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby honor Mr. Wilbert Darling for his intense loyalty, dedication and unparalleled leadership; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Saturday, November 20, 2021 to be “Mr. Wilbert Darling Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
