AdoptedWHEREAS, Conflict Resolution Day is recognized and celebrated each year on the third Thursday of October in cities, counties and more than 22 states across the United States, and at least four different countries. It is the intention of the City of Pittsburgh to increase public awareness of the many benefits of conflict resolution in our community, and to recognize organizations and citizens for their exemplary work in our community; and,
