AdoptedWHEREAS, Carrone Baptist Church was organized in 1885 by Rev. Willis Duval of Virginia. It was first known as the Second Baptist Church of the East End. The Church reorganized in March of 1886 and changed the name to the Siloam Baptist Church; and,
