AdoptedWHEREAS, Eat’n Park opened its first restaurant June 5, 1949 on Route 51 causing such an enormous traffic jam on Saw Mill Run Boulevard that they had to close and regroup for 6 hours. The “Come as you are, eat in your car” concept was a huge success; and,
