NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize and commends Lyila Wirth for her initiative in cleaning up her neighborhood and for transforming a lesson from her parents into a positive and impactful act; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Tuesday, April 29, 2025 to be “Lyila Wirth Day” in the City of Pittsburgh
