NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize Susan Lucas for her years of continued service to the City of Pittsburgh; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Monday, September 22, 2025 to be “Susan Lucas Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
