NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh proudly recognizes Teresa Marie Ursula Habib and celebrates her extraordinary 80 years of life, love, and devotion; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Wednesday, October 15, 2025 to be “Teresa Marie Ursula Habib Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
