NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby honor the late George W. Praskovich, recognizing his enduring spirit that has shaped the character of our city and makes it a place of resilience, community, and hope; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Friday, November 14, 2025 to be “George W. Praskovich Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
