NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby recognize Shayla Penn for her outstanding contributions to the culinary arts, community service, local business promotion, and the overall vitality of the City of Pittsburgh; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Monday, December 22, 2025 to be “Shayla Penn Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
