NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend “Chelsea Averell”; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Tuesday July, 28, 2026 to be “Chelsea Averell Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
