Passed FinallyResolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of Finance to enter into an agreement or agreements Clark Hill to serve as Bond Counsel for the purpose of rendering any and all necessary opinions with respect to the Bonds and preparing such additional documents as may be necessary. Total costs shall not exceed One Hundred Twenty Seven Thousand Six Hundred Fifty Dollars and Zero Cents ($127,650.00) over a three year period (2021, 2022, 2023) with two one-year options to extend the contract for a total of Two Hundred Twelve Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars and Zero Cents ($212,750.00) and shall be paid using proceeds from the debt issuance.
