In the event the grant is awarded, this resolution provides for an agreement and expenditures not to exceed TWO MILLION FIVE HUNDRED SEVENTY SIX THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY SIX DOLLARS AND FIFTY CENTS ($2,576,476.50) for this stated purpose.
