Said agreement or agreements shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor and shall be at a total cost not to exceed TWO MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED SIXTY-THREE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED TWENTY SEVEN DOLLARS and FIFTY-ONE CENTS ($2,763,827.51).
