Said amended agreement(s) shall be for a term of one year at no cost to the City and with compensation to the City in the amount of EIGHT HUNDRED FOUR THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY-SEVEN DOLLARS and FOUR CENTS ($804,277.04).
