Williams Community Building - Reconstruction and Design Documents, at a cost not to exceed THREE HUNDRED TWENTY-ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED NINETY SIX DOLLARS AND EIGHT CENTS ($321,296.08), for professional services” by increasing the total allocation to $83,953.63
