Resolution amending Resolution 336 of 2022 authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Permits, Licenses, and Inspections (PLI), to enter on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh into an Agreement or Agreements with Women for a Healthy Environment for the contribution of an amount not-to-exceed Forty-Five Thousand Dollars ($45,000.00), the collection of $50 and payment to the City of Pittsburgh per each participant, and to assist with organizing Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP) training for general contractor license holders in connection with the City’s Lead Safe Ordinance, Women for a healthy Environment shall pay City at a rate of $100 per participant, which amount includes $50 contributed by Women for a Healthy Environment and $50 separately collected from each participant for the payment in an amount not-to-exceed Ninety Thousand Dollars ($90,000).
