Resolution providing for a Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for costs associated with the Preliminary Design phase of the West Carson Street Bridge Project; providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed Nine Hundred Thousand Dollars ($900,000.00). This resolution serves to authorize only the Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements, at a cost to the City of Pittsburgh not to exceed One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00). Future Resolutions will authorize the project specific service agreements.
