Resolution providing for an amended Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for costs associated with multiple phases of the Liberty Ave Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP); providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed Seven Million Four Hundred Five Thousand Five Hundred and Fifty Six Dollars ($7,405,556.00), an increase of Eight Hundred Thousand Dollars ($800,000.00) for the Final Design Phase from the previously executed agreement (52315-1). This resolution serves to authorize only the Reimbursement Agreement, at a cost to the City of Pittsburgh of $4,500.00, an increase of $2,500.00 from the previously executed agreement (52315-1). Future Resolutions will authorize the project specific service agreements.
