Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to transfer the ongoing lease agreement with Allegheny Health Network (AHN) to the City, as contractually obligated by Controller’s contract number 54321, for the hub location supporting the Reaching Out On The Streets (ROOTS) Program. The City will transfer the lease agreement between AHN and Bernie’s Photo Center from AHN to the City for the property located at 519 East Ohio Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15212, for the timeframe of April 30, 2024 through September 30, 2026, for a total cost not to exceed of SEVENTY-TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($72,500.00).
