Resolution amending Resolution 657 of 2022, which provided for an amended Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for costs associated with the Preliminary Design, Final Design, & Right of Way phases of the Swindell Bridge construction project, and providing for the payment of costs thereof, not to exceed Three Million Eight Hundred Thousand Dollars ($3,800,000.00), an increase of Two Million One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($2,100,000.00) from the previously executed agreement (54006.1); reimbursable at ninety five percent; and the municipal share of Commonwealth Incurred Costs not to exceed Seven Thousand Dollars ($7,000.00), Five Thousand Five Hundred Dollar ($5,500.00) increase from the previously executed agreement (54006.1).
