Resolution providing for a Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority (PWSA) for costs associated with the Ruthven Street Retaining Wall project where PWSA would be responsible for paying 100% of the actual expenses involved in certain work; providing for payment of costs thereof, not to exceed a total of Nine Hundred Thirty Thousand Four Hundred Thirty-Seven Dollars ($930,437.00), where PWSA would be responsible for paying 100% of the actual expenses involved in certain work to be described in the Agreement(s), at no cost to the City of Pittsburgh; and further amending Resolution No. 857 of 2023 effective December 27, 2023 entitled, “Resolution adopting and approving the 2024 Capital Budget, the proposed 2024 Community Development Program, and the 2024 through 2029 Capital Improvement Program” by increasing SLOPE FAILURE REMEDIATION by Nine Hundred Thirty Thousand Four Hundred Thirty-Seven Dollars ($930,437.00).
