Resolution authorizing the Mayor, the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, and the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the US Department of Transportation for the purpose of receiving grant funds from the Charging and Fueling Infrastructure program in the amount of Two Million Three Hundred Ninety Six Thousand Four Hundred and Six Dollars and Fifty One Cents ($2,396,406.51) dollars to support the City’s “Equitably Empowering EV Ownership in the City of Pittsburgh through Community Charging Infrastructure” project. The grant requires a match from the City of Pittsburgh in the amount of Thirty Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Seven Dollars and Eight Cents ($38,997.08), The Pittsburgh Parking Authority in the amount of Ninety One Thousand Dollars ($91,000.00) and Duquesne Light in the amount of Four Hundred Seventy Thousand and Six Hundred Dollars ($470,600) for this stated purpose for a total project cost of TWO MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY SEVEN THOUSAND THREE DOLLARS AND FIFTY NINE CENTS ($2,997,003.59).
