Resolution further amending Resolution No. 857 of 2023, effective December 27, 2023, as amended, entitled “Resolution adopting and approving the 2024 Capital Budget, the proposed 2024 Community Development Program, and the 2024 through 2029 Capital Improvement Program” by decreasing CDBG PERSONNEL by One Hundred Two Thousand Ten Dollars and Zero Cents ($102,010), decreasing EMERGENCY SOLUTIONS GRANT by Four Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety-Six Dollars and Zero Cents ($4,896), increasing HOUSING OPPORTUNITIES FOR PERSONS WITH AIDS by Three Hundred Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty-Six Dollars and Zero Cents ($309,836), and decreasing HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIPS PROGRAM by Five Hundred Four Thousand Four Hundred Thirty-One Dollars and Zero Cents ($504,431). These changes are made in response to program allocations by the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development and come at no cost to the City of Pittsburgh.
