Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with MGT Impact Solutions, LLC for services relating to conducting a business disparity causation analysis and economic impact analysis study on behalf of the Pittsburgh Regional Disparity Study Consortium, comprised of the City of Pittsburgh, the County of Allegheny, the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP), the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA), the Parking Authority, Pittsburgh Water, and the Stadium Authority, to ensure that minority-owned, woman-owned (“MWBEs”), and LGBTQ-owned (LGBTQBE) businesses are afforded equitable opportunities to participate in local government and other contracts within our region for a sum not to exceed One Million One Hundred Fifty-One Thousand Five Hundred Ninety Dollars and Zero Cents ($1,151,590.00).
