Resolution authorizing the Mayor, the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, and the Department of Public Works to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection for the purpose of receiving grant funds from the 902 Municipal Recycling Grant in the amount not to exceed TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND ($200,000.00) dollars for equipment and outreach around the City’s Recycling Program. The grant requires a match from the City of Pittsburgh in the amount not to exceed TWENTY TWO THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED TWENTY THREE ($22,223.00) dollars for this stated purpose for a total project cost not to exceed TWO HUNDRED TWENTY TWO THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED TWENTY THREE ($222,223.00) dollars.
