Resolution amending Resolution #724 of 2019 titled “Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with CSS, Inc., for the provision of a business tax and revenue management software package for a sum not to exceed Five Million dollars and zero cents ($5,000,000.00) over five years” by adding an additional Three Million, Five Hundred Twenty-Six Thousand, Six Hundred, and Fifty-Nine dollars and zero cents ($3,526,659.00) to the agreement and extending the agreement for an additional five years at a new total not to exceed Eight Million, Five Hundred Twenty-Six Thousand, Six Hundred and Fifty-Nine dollars and zero cents ($8,526,659.00).
