Resolution authorizing the issuance of three (3) warrants with the total sum of TWO HUNDRED FORTY-EIGHT THOUSAND ONE DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($248,001.00) over one (1) year. It is further understood and agreed that the payment schedule of the total settlement amount shall be as follows: (i) ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND ONE DOLLARS ($100,001.00) payable to Michael Zokaites and his attorney, Wendy Williams, Esq. ; (ii) SEVENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($70,000.00) payable to Martin A. Dietz, Esq. ; (iii) SEVENTY EIGHT THOUSAND DOLLARS ($78,000.00) payable to Bruce Thomas and his attorney, Noah Geary, Esq., in full and final settlement of litigation, filed in the United States District Court for the Western District Court of Pennsylvania at consolidated case 2:18-cv- 01567.
