Resolution providing for an amended Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for costs associated with the Preliminary Engineering, Final Design, and Construction phases of the demolition of the Bridge over RT 51 Near Woodruff Street, also referred to as the Parking Lot Bridge Project; providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed Four Million Three Hundred Seventy-Seven Thousand Three Hundred Five Dollars and Fifty-Three Cents ($4,377,305.53), an increase of Three Million Seven Hundred Fifty-Two Thousand Three Hundred Five Dollars and Fifty-Three Cents ($3,752,305.53) 100% Commonwealth Incurred Costs, from the previously executed agreement; and the municipal share of Commonwealth Incurred Costs not to exceed Thirty-Six Thousand Six Hundred Seventy-Three Dollars and Ninety- Five Cents ($36,673.95), an increase of Seven Thousand Four Hundred Twenty-Three Dollars and Ninety-Five Cents ($7,423.95) - from the previously executed agreement as previously authorized by Resolution 73 of 2024.
