D/B/A WorkPartners for services relating to providing Third-party Administrative Services of the City of Pittsburgh’s Workers’ Compensation Program, for costs not to exceed Five Million Two Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty-four Dollars ($5,002,764.00) over the course of four years, by correctly re-stating the amounts to be incurred annually, with no change to the total amount.
