Resolution providing for an amended Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for costs associated with the Preliminary Design, Final Design, Right-of-Way, and Construction phases of the City Steps Project, and providing for the payment of costs thereof, not to exceed Two Million Six Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($2,650,000.00), an increase of One Million Eight Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,800,000.00) from the previously executed agreement, reimbursable at 80%; and the municipal share of Commonwealth Incurred Costs at a cost to the City of Pittsburgh not to exceed Twenty Six Thousand Dollars ($26,000.00), an increase of Sixteen Thousand Dollars ($16,000.00) from the previously executed agreement.
