Lochner, Inc. for costs associated with the Final Design Phase for the Pittsburgh City Steps project; providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed One Million Three Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Thirty -One Dollars and Thirty Cents ($1,375,031.30), an increase of Seven Hundred Five Thousand One Hundred Eighty Dollars and Fifty-Two Cents ($705,180.52) from the previously executed agreement, reimbursable at eighty (80%) percent.
