Resolution providing for an amended Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for costs associated with the Preliminary Engineering, Final Design, Utility Coordination, Right of Way, and Construction phases of the Penn Ave Phase 2 project, and providing for the payment of costs thereof, not to exceed Thirteen Million Four Hundred Twenty-Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty-Seven Dollars and Fifty Cents ($13,428,757.50), an increase of One Million One Hundred Fifty-Three Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty-Seven Dollars and Fifty Cents ($1,153,757.50) from the previously executed agreement, reimbursable at eighty percent; and the municipal share of Commonwealth Incurred Costs not to exceed Sixty-Eight Thousand Four Hundred Dollars ($68,400.00), an increase of Zero Dollars ($0.00) from the previously executed agreement.
