The grant proposal includes an ask of SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED THIRTY SIX DOLLARS AND SIXTY NINE CENTS ($750,236.69) for this stated purpose” to accept the grant, decrease the award amount and authorize necessary expenditures
