Liberoni Inc., for costs associated with construction for the Sylvan Avenue Multimodal Path Project; providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed One Million Seven Hundred Thirty-Two Thousand Five Hundred Four Dollars and Thirteen Cents ($1,732,504.13), a net increase of Eighty-Six Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty-Three Dollars and Seventy-Six Cents ($86,733.76), reimbursable at various rates.
